Dispatching Products

For weekday orders, products are generally dispatched on the same business day or the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or other operational circumstances.


 

Estimated Shipping Cost

All international shipments are dispatched from Incheon International Airport, Republic of Korea.

Estimated shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected.


 

FedEx & Order Tracking

JST provides fast international shipping through FedEx.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also track your shipment directly on the FedEx website using the tracking number provided.

The delivery times below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond JST's reasonable control.

• Asia Pacific: 1–2 business days
• Oceania: 2–3 business days
• EU & UK: 2–3 business days
• USA & Canada: 2–3 business days
• Latin America: 4–5 business days
• Africa: 4–5 business days

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other taxes or governmental charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The Buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related charges required by the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Address or Lost Shipment

If your order is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error by JST or the shipping carrier, JST will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the Buyer, JST cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be corrected after the order has been shipped. Any additional shipping, return, storage, or re-delivery costs resulting from an incorrect address shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

We strongly recommend verifying your shipping address before completing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, we recommend contacting FedEx directly using your tracking number.
